William R. Davey born 1891 served in the Balkans, Gallipoli and the Aegean  9.8.15., Welsh Regiment 2659 and 240976.

L/Cpl W. A. Davey Royal Army Service Corps who died on 3.9.44, and is buried in France London Cemetery Extension, Longueval. Son of William John Davey of Sidbury, Devon, brother the three men who were all born in Cwamaman, Glamorgan, and were Miners living at 53 Brynayfr Yard, Aberdare, Merthyr Tydfil.
