Clark, The Royal Berkshire Regiment (Princess Charlotte of Wales’s) and dated 19 July 1945; a copy of the Supplement to the London Gazette of 17 July 1945, dated 19 July 1945; and the fragment of a Government Publications address label, addressed to ‘Captain E. T. Clark, R. Berks.’
