Frederick enlisted 16.1.1883 age 22 years and born in Aller, Longport, Somerset. His papers show in later life he suffered from a great number of ailments over his 4 + years in Rangoon until 12.4.1888. Netley lists him as dementia and suicidal. Discharged 29.5.1888.
