Description
The foundation of Bangkok as capital of Siam in 1932, just before the Siamese coup d’etat. Less than two months later 24.6. 1932 the Siamese revolution broke out and Kinf Prajadhipok was forced to accept demands by the Peoples party to change the system of government from absolute monarchy to a constitutional monarchy. Siam became Thailand in 1939.
